Some parents in New York City are increasingly looking for nannies and baby sitters who will speak with their children in a foreign language. Parents say they want their children to be exposed to a second language, whether it's a language they have a connection to or a new language to help improve their children's lives. As a result, nannies who can speak a language other than English are finding themselves in demand.
