N.Y. agency to hold hearing on Inergy's underground LPG plan

New York's Department of Environmental Conservation will accept public comments on Inergy's proposed underground propane-storage facility on the western shore of Seneca Lake in Reading, N.Y. A hearing is slated for late September, where the public will have the chance to review the project's environmental impacts and how Inergy plans to mitigate those effects. DEC said Inergy has completed its permit application for the project.
