Rubio's goes back to its roots with "Original Fish Taco"

The 200-store Rubio's chain is dropping the "World Famous Fish Taco" brand in favor of "Original Fish Tacos," founder Ralph Rubio said. The difference? Workers will now use a batter mix to batter the wild Alaska pollock right before cooking, instead of using pre-battered frozen fish.
