New app could help docs detect serious neurological conditions in babies

A cry analyzer application was designed by researchers at Brown University to help providers identify slight inaudible differences in cries that could indicate whether a baby has a neurological condition. The app is not yet available for download, but developers hope researchers and doctors could leverage it in the future to identify serious health conditions in babies.
