"Staying the same is not an option," Food Lion CEO says

Food Lion has posted a third consecutive quarter of higher sales. CEO Beth Newlands Campbell plans to continue the company's recovery by increasing produce options, lowering prices and attracting customers with clean stores, helpful associates and franchisewide consistency. "There's an imperative to set us apart," Newlands Campbell said. "You can't be middle of the road."
