Creative Leisure to compensate for canceled trips, tickets

If a client cancels a Creative Leisure International booking after the reservation is paid in full, the company said it will protect a travel agent's commission for up to $100 per person. "Travel agents deserve compensation for the time they spend creating a vacation for their client even when the client is unable to travel," says Dean Johnson, senior vice president of marketing and product development. Creative Leisure also offers compensation for one airline change fee for as much as $150 per person.
