Fort Worth lawn mower trade-in leads to overwhelming response

Fort Worth offered residents the opportunity to trade in working gas lawn mowers for cordless electric mowers for $99, and the enthusiastic response led some Texans to be turned away empty-handed. The program was designed to reduce summer air pollution, but the offer was limited to the first 200 people to respond.
