Animal restaurant pops up on the East Coast

Los Angeles restaurant Animal moved east to open a pop-up restaurant in Montauk, N.Y., at the Sole East hotel. Its menu includes Foie Gras Loco Moco, which is made from a hamburger, a slice of fried Spam, a wedge of seared foie gras and a quail egg.
