Richard Branson wants to read you business idea -- if it's short enough to be sent to a Twitter account. The British billionaire will fly the entrepreneurs with the most intriguing ideas to Los Angeles for meetings, mentoring and possibly even some funding. While Twitter pitches are free, longer business ideas are accepted through a Web site for a $60 fee.
