N.Y. state requires health care workers to get flu shots

New York state health officials are requiring some health care workers in the state to get vaccinated against the seasonal flu and H1N1 virus. The new rule, adopted because of an anticipated resurgence of swine flu this fall, includes workers at hospitals, home health care agencies and hospice, but not nursing homes.
