Spartanburg Airport to get $4.2M for improvements

The City Council in Spartanburg, S.C., approved a measure this week that will allocate $4.2 million in improvements at the Spartanburg Downtown Memorial Airport. Improvements planned for the airport include a renovation and expansion of the terminal building and construction of a small park and two hangar buildings.
