Flight attendants could hinder Southwest's 737-800 order

As Southwest Airlines grows its network with crowded airports in New York, Boston and other cities, the company says it is considering larger 737-800 models to serve those markets more efficiently. But Southwest flight attendants are demanding a new contract to work the larger planes, which boast 38 more seats than the current fleet. The company says it will decide on its jet order by Dec. 1.
