N.J. court: Only physicians can perform needle electrodiagnostic tests

A New Jersey appellate court ruled that physician assistants may not perform needle electrodiagnostic tests, such as needle electromyography and nerve conduction velocity tests, because PAs "are not licensed to practice medicine and surgery."
