Schools find creative ways to make food healthier

Schools are finding creative ways to make lunches healthier without compromising taste and are educating students and parents about healthy eating. A School Nutrition Association survey found 95% of districts are increasing whole-grain menu items, 90% are offering more fresh fruits and vegetables and 69% are reducing sodium content.
