Education Secretary Arne Duncan has criticized Texas Gov. Rick Perry for his approach to education, particularly for $4 billion in school-funding cuts that he says are harming students. "It doesn't serve the children well. It doesn't serve the state well. It doesn't serve the state's economy well. And ultimately it hurts the country," Duncan said.
