Construction is rebounding in Joplin, Mo., as several businesses begin to rebuild after last May's tornado. In June, the city issued almost $27.2 million worth of construction permits. "I think it is going to be a good time for construction. It is going to be great in terms of helping get our community on its feet, both for the people in the industry and for the people who benefit from it," Chuck Killinger, president of Dalton-Killinger Construction.
