LAX seeks to enhance Terminal 1 security, passenger satisfaction

Los Angeles International Airport has hired an architectural firm to come up with a plan for "enhancing security, efficiency and passenger satisfaction within Terminal 1." "With this study, we aim to determine the best ways to improve the passenger's entire land-side experience while maintaining security levels," says Don Ostler, facilities manager for Southwest Airlines.
