Plastic surgeon finds little changes make a big difference to patients

Las Vegas plastic surgeon Jeffrey Roth has worked on celebrities and champion fighters, but the cases that stand out for him include fixing a young girl's deformed ears, reattaching a man's arm and restoring an elderly woman's ability to see by removing extra skin from her eyelids. Roth also gets great satisfaction from performing small procedures on workaday residents. "Most often, my clientele is just people who want to look and feel better for themselves," Roth said. "You get to make a big impact in someone's life."
