Arriving on Friday: Moto X and Moto Maker at AT&T

AT&T confirmed it will begin selling Motorola Mobility's Moto X flagship smartphone on Aug. 23, at which time the carrier will also enjoy exclusivity on the Moto Maker, a website that will enable buyers to customize their handset. AT&T, which is sharing the Moto X with three other major carriers, will price the 16 gigabyte model at $200. As part of the deal, AT&T will provide a free Motorola Skip, a clip that allows users to unlock their phones with a simple tap instead of entering a password.
