Del. reservist sues contractor over firing

An Air Force reservist claims that a Delaware contractor violated the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act by firing him after he returned from weekend military training. The lawsuit is thought to be the first in the state to be filed under USERRA, according to a Justice Department official.
