Dynamic Towers: Self-sustaining, moving skyscrapers

Italian architect David Fisher has designed the Dynamic Towers concept, buildings created to be self-sustaining, that produce electricity from solar and wind power and can rotate a full 360 degrees. Plans for the "perpetual motion skyscrapers," which were first launched in 2008, include floors that revolve around a concrete center every 90 minutes at voice command.
