Microbakeries are changing where America buys its bread

The number of microbakeries is rising around the country as mostly self-taught bakers create unique, artisan offerings from the comfort of their homes. Laws formally barring people from selling foods made at home are changing, and small-scale bakers are reaching customers via farmers markets, local shops or online grocers such as Good Eggs.
