N.H. schools look to increase morning meal service

Danielle Collins, president of the School Nutrition Association of New Hampshire, said schools statewide are successfully making the transition to serving healthier meals under new federal guidelines. However, following the annual School Nutrition Association of New Hampshire vendor show, some school nutrition professionals said challenges remain -- particularly in increasing participation in breakfast and meeting whole-grain requirements for school breakfasts.
