NIH awards $1.9M grant for Alzheimer's biomarker study

The NIH has awarded Oregon Health & Science University as much as $1.9 million to investigate biomarkers that could aid in the early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease. Specifically, researchers will examine extracellular RNA levels in human cerebral spinal fluid.
