Not quite a tablet, Samsung Mega arrives in U.S.

Samsung will this month introduce the Galaxy Mega to the U.S. with AT&T, Sprint and U.S. Cellular carrying the 6.3-inch smartphone. AT&T will be the first out of the gate with the handset on Friday for $150, Sprint plans to sell the Android-powered Mega later in the year and U.S. Cellular has plans to launch in the "coming weeks." Nokia will reportedly roll out a 6-inch, 1080p HD Windows Phone model this year, according to The Verge, which says Nokia will offer many more 1080p Windows displays.
