Statoil to get $2.6B from sale of North Sea assets to OMV

Statoil will receive about $2.6 billion from the sale of its shares in four oil fields in the North Sea to Austria's OMV. The transaction is part of Statoil's efforts to concentrate on more profitable projects in the Norwegian continental shelf.
