Stoned in Seattle? Have some Doritos, police officers say

Police officers who spotted people smoking marijuana during Seattle's annual Hempfest this past weekend offered Doritos instead of handcuffs. Washington state law now allows the use of marijuana but has limits on possession, sale and driving under the influence. Officers handed out 1,000 bags of the chips during the festival, exhausting their supply in 10 minutes.
