24/7 Real Media buys Australian paid-search firm

Online advertisement and technology firm 24/7 Real Media is buying Australian Decide Interactive, strengthening its paid-search tools and its Asia-Pacific presence. The $26 million cash and stock deal gets 24/7, among other things, technology that allows advertisers to manage keyword campaigns for search engines such as Google, Yahoo! and Overture.
