Survey: Most hotels offer cable, voice mail popularity growing

The American Hotel and Lodging Association has released its 2004 Lodging Survey, a poll of more than 6,000 U.S. hotel properties. Among major findings are that the percentage of hotels offering cable or satellite television has increased from 69% in 1998 to 98% in 2004, and voice mail is becoming one of the fastest growing in-room amenities.
