The changing tides of coffee

The $29 billion coffee industry is expected to grow another $10 billion by 2011, driven primarily by coffee shops, not retail sales. Kraft Foods and Procter & Gamble, which own Maxwell House and Folgers, are inking licensing deals and introducing more premium beans in order to boost coffee sales.
