The Chefs' Club allows pros to gather, talk, eat

Chef Adam Votaw, who recently left Chispa to work for a hotel group, started the Chefs' Club in South Florida last year to create an opportunity for chefs in the area to communicate and congregate. Each participating chef invites the others, along with spouses and dates, to his or her restaurant on a day off for a meal, and each invited chef brings a bottle or two of wine.
