Column: Travel agencies have role to play in climate change

While a lot of attention has been focused on the efforts by travel suppliers, such as car-rental companies, hotels and airlines, to reduce their impact on the environment, little has been said about the role of travel agencies. Agency owner Sho Dozono, an agent with a history of getting involved in hot-button issues, wants agencies to get more involved in the effort.
