HIV/AIDS summit looks to create broad strategy

Government officials and health care workers from 40 countries gathered Sunday in Sri Lanka to open a five-day conference on HIV/AIDS in hopes of developing a comprehensive approach to battling the disease. The Asia-Pacific region has the second highest number of infections after sub-Saharan Africa.
