Chefs are taking over the big and small screen, replacing cops and robbers as the hottest trend in entertainment, notes restaurant critic Jan Moir. Her top three TV cooks are: Rick Stein, whose new series is titled "Mediterranean Escapes," Keith Floyd, who penned the "Floyd on Fire" barbecue book, and Angela Hartnett of "Kitchen Criminals."
