Cheddar with vitamin D can boost health, study says

Cheddar and low-fat cheeses fortified with vitamin D3 were found to be a good source of vitamin D, which could prevent osteoporosis, muscle weakness, fractures, common cancers, cardiovascular diseases and other health issues. Processing, storage or thermal treatment were not found to affect the vitamin levels.
