ClimateWorks says climate change action "insufficient"

Ending global warming will cost up to $185 billion per year before 2020, according to the ClimateWorks Foundation. The environmental-analysis group warned that "current commitments and actions are insufficient" to reverse the trend of climate change. The United Nations will hold a climate-change summit in Denmark in December to renegotiate the Kyoto Protocol.
