Japanese airlines announce fuel surcharges

Japan Airlines and All Nippon Airways have announced that they will resume fuel surcharges now that the price of fuel has rebounded. The fees on international flights will begin in October for both airlines, although ANA will reconsider the fees after two months. JAL plans to keep the charges for at least three months.
