Master teachers to offer training for D.C. educators

Washington, D.C., schools Chancellor Michelle Rhee hopes to improve teacher performance with a new evaluation system and the help of master teachers who will offer training. "If the adults in the system are doing what they're supposed to be doing, if we have high expectations, the children will absolutely rise to those expectations," Rhee said.
