Obama seeks conservative support for health care reform

President Barack Obama is reaching out to conservatives as part of an effort to gain support for health care reform legislation. Most Republicans oppose the legislation, but Obama said during a radio broadcast that he believes a bill will pass. The legislation would broaden coverage to almost 50 million people who have no health insurance now.
