Pa. group plans computer training for people with visual impairments

The Pennsylvania Association for the Blind is seeking $500,000 in federal stimulus money to train people with visual impairments to use computers with adaptive software at a dozen centers across the state. The project is part of a request to fund several programs that would aid people with disabilities.
