Ad recreates Trayvon Martin's death in gun-law push

Grey New York producer Floyd Russ directed a new ad that re-enacts the confrontation between George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin and interlays 911 calls from that night to ask viewers to speak out against stand-your-ground laws. "Our laws should protect victims. Not create more," the ad copy says. The spot is sponsored by the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence and was created by Grey employees but not produced by Grey.
