Ore.'s newest Moonstruck Chocolates needs liquor license

Oregon chocolatier storefront Moonstruck Chocolates has applied for a state liquor license to introduce a new line of chocolate truffles that contain liquors from five different craft distilleries across the state. The truffles contain 2.5% alcohol by volume, exceeding the state's cutoff of 0.5% alcohol by volume before needing a liquor license to sell.
