Survey: SMBs are relying on marketing technology

Small and midsized businesses are more engaged in social media marketing than larger firms, and 75% rely on digital technology for their efforts, according to a report sponsored by Eloqua. Small staffs might be one reason for the reliance on technology because it shows companies which tactics don't work, said Marie Vigliarola, vice president of marketing at Quick International Courier. E-mail still reigns as the distribution channel of choice for SMBs.
