Toro to refund snow blowers if winter turns up with less snow

Toro plans to refund customers for their snow blower purchases if winter snowfall is less than expected under its "S'No Risk Guarantee." The company will offer customers a 100% refund if snowfall is less than 10% of the average in their area, and a 10% refund if snowfall is less than half of the average.
