Survey: Opinions differ on effective compliance-training approaches

Companies vary in their definitions of effective compliance-training programs, which are facing closer regulatory oversight, a survey by Navex Global found. Some consider presenting webinars to be a sufficient method, while other respondents say interactive participation and subsequent testing should be the standard. A "culture of compliance" is critical for promoting appropriate behavior in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, say Mary Bennett and Ingrid Fredeen of Navex Global.
