Arinc to manage spectrum transition in Georgia

Arinc Inc. of Annapolis, Md., has won a contract with the Georgia Technology Authority to manage the reassignment of public safety and government communications to the lower 800 MHz band. Sprint Nextel Corp., which will receive the spectrum freed up by the transition, is financing the project.
