Officials: Upstate New York's railroad project complete

The $4.2 million project to replace the Adirondack Scenic Railroad's bridge in the North Country of upstate New York and reconstruct about one mile of State Route 28 in the town of Webb has been completed. The bridge project was developed to address clearance restrictions, while Route 28 was realigned to improve drainage, eliminate a sharp curve and provide increased vertical clearance under the bridge.
