It's no wonder so many Miami-area students have undiagnosed learning disabilities and mental-health problems when one considers the district's 340,000 students must share just 240 school psychologists, writes Miami Herald columnist Daniel Shoer Roth. If we really want all students to succeed, we must give them the psychological support to do so, he writes.
