Frontier's bankruptcy attorney sees bright days ahead for airline

Frontier Airlines survived "almost entirely because of its people," says Marshall Huebner, the attorney who guided the carrier through Chapter 11. Huebner says public support in Denver, where Frontier has deep roots, also helped it beat the odds. Following its acquisition by Republic Airways, Huebner believes Frontier is stronger than ever. "Frontier's going to come out of bankruptcy having addressed its balance sheet, and I think it has every reason to believe that, no longer hampered by Chapter 11 and with the support and balance sheet of Republic behind it, it's going to do extraordinary things," he says.
