Illinois club works to draw light sport aircraft training center

The Jefferson County Flying Club, in Illinois, is making efforts to introduce youth to aviation and bring a light sport aircraft training center to Mt. Vernon Outland Airport. The club owns a Cessna 150 airplane and is working to purchase a Jabiru, and the training center would be able to provide inexpensive instruction and safety training.
